Do you clean downtown buildings with after-hours access rules?
Yes. Tell us the building's rules at the walkthrough, or ask your building manager to send them: after-hours entry, sign-in, elevator use, where trash and recycling go. They go into your written scope and we follow them every visit. Need a certificate of insurance for the building manager first? Request it here.
Can you clean several suites in one building?
Yes. Each suite gets its own written scope. We can quote them separately for each tenant or together for a building owner or manager, whichever matches how the cleaning is paid for.
