After-hours cleaning that keeps restrooms stocked, trash out and the breakroom off your staff's to-do list.
Churches · event spaces
Sunday morning, the Wednesday supper, a Saturday wedding: your building keeps its own calendar. We plan the cleaning around it.
Your calendar, your clean
Your proposal names your cleaning window in writing.
Visitors don't grade the sanctuary and the restroom separately. When a Bradley Corp. survey asked people about public restrooms, their top complaints were clogged or unflushed toilets (85%) and empty or jammed toilet-paper dispensers (83%).
So restrooms get a full clean and a restock on every visit. If you find an empty dispenser the morning after we've been, that's a miss, and our Re-clean Promise covers it.
Around services and events
Church cleaning in Roanoke, Salem and across the valley: ready for Sunday and every wedding, funeral and fellowship meal in between, so your volunteers can stop scrubbing.
Sanctuaries, narthexes, fellowship halls, kitchens, classrooms, nurseries and church offices, plus event venues and community halls that run on a calendar of their own.
Usually the sanctuary and pews, the narthex or lobby, restrooms, the fellowship hall and kitchen, classrooms and offices, and nursery and children's rooms when they're empty, plus extra cleans around holidays, weddings and funerals. Every scope is written for your building after the walkthrough, and every service is tailored to your church's needs.
Baseboards and deep cleans. These aren't part of a routine visit. We do them only when they're discussed beforehand and added to your scope.
Your proposal shows the total. For churches, your written proposal shows the total cost, including every required charge, before you sign.
Every space is different, so every quote is custom and every service is tailored to your needs. Walkthroughs are free, with no obligation.
Either, or both. A Saturday clean has the building fresh for Sunday morning; a Monday reset clears up after the weekend's services and events. Some churches pair a light Saturday pass with a fuller Monday clean. Your proposal names the days, and we plan around choir practice, small groups and anything else on your calendar.
We clean the kitchen: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors and floors after each meal or event, and the fridge interior once it's been cleared. Range hoods and exhaust ducts are different. Fire code calls for a trained, certified hood-cleaning company for that work, so we don't take it on.
Not as part of a routine visit. Baseboards and deep cleans are done only when they're discussed beforehand and added to your scope, for example a deeper clean before Easter or Christmas.
Your staff and volunteers handle cleaning between uses, because toys that go in a child's mouth need attention right away. On request, we add a weekly hard-toy clean to your scope, and we agree in writing exactly who does what. We clean children's rooms only when no children are in them.
In every building
Sanctuary, fellowship hall or event venue, the commitments are the same, and they're in writing.
Clear limits
Some work needs a specialist, a license or equipment we don't use. Knowing it up front saves a surprise later. If you need one of these, ask and we'll tell you what kind of company to call.
