Photos or a floor plan help us prepare for the walkthrough, and sometimes let us quote small jobs without one. Recurring service is always quoted after we've walked the space.

  • What to photographWide shots from the doorway work best: the restrooms, the breakroom or kitchen, the entry or lobby, the main floor area, and whatever worries you most.
  • Have a floor plan?A fire-exit map, lease plan or builder's drawing is perfect. A PDF or a photo of it both work.
  • The space onlyPhotograph the space only: no people, screens, documents or alarm panels. Your photos are used only to prepare your quote, and never posted or shared. Photo policy.
