These are our starting scopes. Your proposal adjusts them to your space and attaches the checklist you'll hold us to.
Offices & professional suites
Office cleaning checklist
After hours, so restrooms are stocked, trash is out and floors are done before your team walks in.
Each visit
- Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, and take bags to your dumpster or collection point
- Restrooms: clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, counters and fixtures; clean mirrors; spot-clean partitions and walls; mop floors
- Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap and seat covers
- Disinfect high-touch points: door handles, push plates, light switches, railings, elevator buttons, and the outside of shared copiers and printers
- Breakroom: counters, tables, sink, microwave inside and out, appliance fronts and handles
- Dust cleared desks and reachable horizontal surfaces (we never move papers)
- Vacuum carpeted traffic lanes and entry mats
- Sweep and damp-mop hard floors
- Spot-clean entry glass and glass doors
- Reset conference rooms: tables wiped, chairs pushed in
- Lock-up checklist: doors, lights, alarm
Weekly
- Vacuum all carpet, edges and corners included
- Dust ledges, sills, partitions and frames within reach
- Spot-clean walls, doors and cubicle panels
- Clean interior glass partitions and glass doors
- Wipe conference tables and whiteboards, if you'd like them wiped
- Scrub restroom floors and grout lines
Monthly
- High dusting within step-ladder reach: vents, return grilles, light fixtures and door tops
- Baseboards
- Vacuum upholstered chairs and chair bases
- Doors, frames and kick plates
- Breakroom fridge interior, after staff clear it

Not included unless your proposal says so: dishes, inside desks or drawers, computers, keyboards and screens, exterior windows above ground level.
Medical & dental offices
Medical and dental office checklist
Our non-clinical starting scope: waiting rooms, restrooms, staff areas and halls, plus exam-room floors and fixtures after your staff finish their clinical cleaning.
Each visit
- Waiting room: disinfect seat arms, hard seating, side tables and the check-in counter (areas staff have cleared)
- Disinfect door handles, push plates, light switches, railings and elevator buttons
- Clean check-in glass and entry glass
- Restrooms: full clean and disinfect, restock, mop
- Staff breakroom: counters, tables, sink, microwave, appliance fronts
- Offices and hallways: dust cleared surfaces; empty regular trash and recycling
- Exam rooms and operatories, after staff finish their clinical cleaning: floors, sinks, door hardware, light switches, regular trash only

If we find blood, a sharp or red-bag waste: we stop, leave it untouched and tell you that night.

Before you open or after you close, so the entry glass, fitting rooms and sales floor are ready for the first customer.
Each visit (before open or after close)
- Entry glass and door hardware, inside and out at ground level; push plates and frames
- Vacuum entry mats
- Sales floor: vacuum carpet; dust-mop and damp-mop hard floors with a neutral cleaner
- Wipe checkout counters around (never inside) registers and card terminals

We dust display furniture following its care tags, and take fingerprints off stainless steel and glass.
Winter, on request
Extra entry-floor passes to lift de-icer residue before it's tracked across the sales floor.
Not included: moving merchandise, inside registers, glass above ground level, sidewalks, snow removal.
Churches & event spaces
Church and event-space checklist
Timed around services and events, from the sanctuary and fellowship hall to the nursery and kitchen.
After each service or event (or before Sunday)
- Sanctuary: vacuum aisles; sweep or vacuum under pews or chair rows; tidy pew racks without reorganizing
- Wipe pew backs, armrests and seat tops
- Disinfect door handles, push bars, light switches and railings
- Narthex or lobby: glass and floors

- Consoles: cleaner applied to the cloth, never sprayed on the screen

- Studio floors: rubber with a neutral cleaner; wood damp-mopped, never flooded

Post-construction cleanup
Post-construction checklist, phase by phase
Rough, final and touch-up cleans for builders, tenant fit-outs and remodels. Book only the phases you need.
Rough clean
After framing, rough-ins and drywall, before finishes.
- Scrap, packaging and cardboard to your dumpster
- HEPA-vacuum [confirm HEPA vacuums] and damp-wipe floors; no dry sweeping of fine dust
- Bulk dust off sills, ledges, window frames and electrical boxes
- Clear window tracks
- Pick up nails, screws and staples
- Leave the space ready for the next trades or inspection
Final clean
After the trades finish, before inspection or the owner walkthrough.
- HEPA-vacuum [confirm HEPA vacuums] and wipe walls, reachable ceilings, vent and return faces, trim, door tops and frames
- Remove stickers, labels, protective film, overspray, caulk and adhesive. On glass: spot work only, a fresh blade on uncoated glass with your OK, never whole panes
- Interior glass, mirrors, frames and tracks
- Cabinets and drawers inside and out
- Restrooms and fixtures cleaned and polished
- Appliances inside and out
- Light fixtures within reach
- Floors cleaned by type, following the maker's guide: grout haze, sealed concrete, LVT, tile, wood; carpet vacuumed (extraction on request; confirmed at your walkthrough)
- Final trash to your dumpster
Touch-up clean
One to three days before turnover or move-in, after punch-list work.
- Re-dust settled surfaces
