Ready before you open

Retail stores and showrooms

Retail store and showroom cleaning across the Roanoke Valley: glass, floors, fitting rooms and restrooms, done without moving your merchandise.

Boutiques, gift shops, salons, furniture and appliance showrooms, and the back rooms behind them. We clean while the doors are locked, so your staff open to a store that's ready to sell.

What we clean in a store

Every visit, before you open or after you close:

  • Entry glass and door hardware, inside and out at ground level; push plates and frames
  • Vacuum entry mats
  • Sales floor: vacuum carpet; dust-mop and damp-mop hard floors with a neutral cleaner
  • Wipe checkout counters around (never inside) registers and card terminals
  • Fingerprints off display-case glass and mirrors
  • Fitting rooms: mirrors, hooks, benches and floors; hangers and left items to the spot you choose
  • Clean, disinfect and restock customer and staff restrooms
  • Trash and broken-down cardboard to your designated spot
  • Lock-up checklist and alarm set

Once a week, on top of every-visit cleaning:

  • Dust fixtures, shelf edges and ledges within reach, without moving merchandise
  • Baseboards
  • Stockroom and back-of-house floors
  • Staff breakroom

Once a month, the places a daily clean doesn't reach:

  • High dusting within step-ladder reach: light fixtures, signage, door frames

Quarterly, or as quoted in your proposal:

  • Floor burnish, scrub and recoat, or strip and wax (on request; confirmed at your walkthrough)
  • Carpet extraction (on request; confirmed at your walkthrough)
  • Extra cleaning after a floor reset

Showrooms. We dust display furniture following its care tags, and take fingerprints off stainless steel and glass.

Winter, on request. Extra passes on your entry floor to lift the de-icer residue customers track in.

How we work in a store

  • Before you open or after you close, in a cleaning window named in your proposal.
  • We never move or rearrange merchandise. We dust and clean around it, and leave displays exactly as you set them.
  • Alarm and keys to a written protocol: an individual alarm user code for our team, a signed key log and a lock-up checklist every visit. Our access policy.
  • Winter entry-floor passes for de-icer residue, on request.
  • Cardboard broken down and carried to your designated spot, never left in a stockroom aisle.

What shapes a store's quote

  • How much glass you have
  • Fitting-room count
  • Your open hours
  • Floor types
  • Customer and staff restrooms
  • How often, and when

Every space is different, so every quote is custom. Walkthroughs are free, with no obligation.

Questions store owners ask

Can you come before we open, or on Sundays?

Yes. Most stores are cleaned after close or early in the morning before the doors open, and a Sunday or your closed day works well for the weekly and monthly tasks. Your proposal names the cleaning window, so your opening staff know the store will be finished and locked when they arrive.

Who arms the alarm?

We do, when we're the last ones out. After you sign, we ask for an individual alarm user code for our team, so your alarm log shows when we came and went and you can remove the code at any time. Setting the alarm is the last line of the lock-up checklist. [confirm alarm-code policy]

Please share codes in person or by phone, never in a web form.

Do you clean outside glass and sidewalks, or remove snow?

Ground-level storefront glass, inside and out, can be part of your scope. Sidewalks, parking lots and snow removal aren't services we offer, and neither is glass above ground level. In winter we can add extra passes on the entry floor to lift the salt and de-icer that gets tracked in.

For a customer, the restroom is part of the store.

Shoppers don't grade the sales floor and the restroom separately. When a Bradley Corp. survey asked people about public restrooms, their top complaints were clogged or unflushed toilets (85%) and empty or jammed toilet-paper dispensers (83%).

So customer restrooms get a full clean and a restock on every visit, in every kind of space on this page. If you find an empty dispenser the morning after we've been, that's a miss, and our Re-clean Promise covers it.

Around services and events

Churches and event spaces

Church cleaning in Roanoke, Salem and across the valley: ready for Sunday and every wedding, funeral and fellowship meal in between, so your volunteers can stop scrubbing.

Sanctuaries, narthexes, fellowship halls, kitchens, classrooms, nurseries and church offices, plus event venues and community halls that run on a calendar of their own.

What we clean in a church

After each service or event, or before Sunday:

  • Sanctuary: vacuum aisles; sweep or vacuum under pews or chair rows; tidy pew racks without reorganizing them
  • Wipe pew backs, armrests and seat tops
  • Disinfect door handles, push bars, light switches and railings
  • Narthex or lobby: glass and floors
  • Clean, disinfect and restock restrooms
  • Trash and recycling out
  • Fellowship hall: wipe tables and chairs; sweep and mop floors
  • Kitchen: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors and floors
  • Nursery and children's rooms, when empty: floors, cleared surfaces, changing-station wipe, trash

Once a week:

  • Dust pew tops, sills and offering stations; the pulpit and altar area only as you direct
  • Classrooms, youth rooms and the office suite
  • Hard nursery toys cleaned weekly, on request (your staff and volunteers handle between-use cleaning)

Once a month:

  • Light fixtures and cobwebs within step-ladder reach
  • Detail behind and under pews
  • HVAC grilles
  • Kitchen fridge interior, after it's cleared

Seasonal, or as quoted in your proposal:

  • Extra cleans before Easter and Christmas services
  • Wedding and funeral turnarounds
  • Carpet extraction (on request; confirmed at your walkthrough)
  • Strip and wax (on request; confirmed at your walkthrough)
  • Interior windows

How we work in a church

  • Saturday prep or Monday reset, your choice.
  • Children's rooms cleaned only when they're empty.
  • We never handle communion vessels or sacred objects, and we clean the altar area only as you direct.
  • Short-notice turnarounds for weddings and funerals when our schedule allows.
  • Every cleaner who enters children's areas: [Background checks: vendor and scope, or remove]

Your proposal shows the total. For churches, your written proposal shows the total cost, including every required charge, before you sign.

What shapes a church's quote

  • Pews or chairs
  • Carpet area
  • Services and events each week
  • How the kitchen is used
  • Nursery and children's rooms
  • Classrooms and offices

Every space is different, so every quote is custom. Walkthroughs are free, with no obligation.

Questions church administrators ask

Can you clean Saturday night or Monday?

Either, or both. A Saturday clean has the building fresh for Sunday morning; a Monday reset clears up after the weekend's services and events. Some churches pair a light Saturday pass with a fuller Monday clean. Your proposal names the days, and we plan around choir practice, small groups and anything else on your calendar.

Do you clean the kitchen and the hood?

We clean the kitchen: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors and floors after each meal or event, and the fridge interior once it's been cleared. Range hoods and exhaust ducts are different. Fire code calls for a trained, certified hood-cleaning company for that work, so we don't take it on.

Who handles nursery toys?

Your staff and volunteers handle cleaning between uses, because toys that go in a child's mouth need attention right away. On request, we add a weekly hard-toy clean to your scope, and we agree in writing exactly who does what. We clean children's rooms only when no children are in them.

Around classes and peak hours

Gyms, fitness and yoga studios

Gym and studio cleaning that handles sweat, chalk and shower steam with products and methods that won't crack upholstery or fog a console.

Independent gyms, functional-training boxes, yoga, Pilates, barre, cycling and martial-arts studios around the valley, and the locker rooms and showers that members judge you by.

How we work in a gym

  • Skin-contact surfaces first: grips, seats, benches, mats.
  • Cleaner goes on the cloth, never sprayed on consoles or screens.
  • Products chosen to suit your equipment maker's care guide. [confirm products]
  • Odor handled by cleaning, not masking. Fragrance-free on request.
  • Scheduled around classes: overnight, early mornings or the midday lull.
  • Members still wipe between uses; we do the thorough clean.

What shapes a gym's quote

  • Equipment count
  • Locker rooms and showers
  • Open hours, including 24-hour access
  • Number of studios
  • Floor types: rubber, wood, carpet
  • How often, and when

Every space is different, so every quote is custom. Walkthroughs are free, with no obligation.

Questions gym and studio owners ask

How do you clean around a 5 a.m. class or a 24-hour gym?

If you close overnight, we clean in the late evening or the small hours and plan to be out before your first class. If you never close, we pick your quietest window together and work zone by zone, so members always have equipment, a locker room and a restroom open. Wet-floor signs go out wherever we mop.

Will your products damage our equipment?

We follow your equipment makers' care guides. They commonly warn against ammonia, acid-based and abrasive cleaners on consoles and upholstery, and against spraying a screen directly, so we apply cleaner to a soft microfiber cloth instead. If your supplier recommends a specific product, we can use it. [confirm products]

Do you clean showers and drains?

Yes. Shower walls, fixtures and floors are cleaned on every visit, with hair cleared from the drains. Grout gets detailed weekly, and descaling is quoted as a periodic task. We clean surface mildew in showers; mold growing into walls, ceilings or caulk needs a remediation company, and we'll tell you if we see it.
